With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in utilities, project execution, process automation, and operational excellence. My journey, from a mechanical engineer with a diploma in industrial safety to senior project engineer roles at Sandoz and Glenmark, has been driven by a constant quest for precision, leadership, and improvement.
Beyond job titles, I see myself as an energy whisperer someone who listens to systems, uncovers hidden inefficiencies, and empowers smarter, leaner, and cleaner operations.
In 2025, I founded EnerShare | Energy Innovation Network, a no-pitch, no-fluff community for engineers, utility professionals, and project teams. Our mission? To break down silos in industrial energy management and create a space where we can learn from each other sharing real-world fixes, audit-readiness insights, and proven energy-saving ideas that actually work.
My focus today is on:
