With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in utilities, project execution, process automation, and operational excellence. My journey as a mechanical engineer with a diploma in industrial safety has taken me across roles that demanded precision, leadership, and a constant drive for improvement — from utility lead at Sandoz to senior project engineer at Glenmark.
But beyond job titles, I see myself as an energy whisperer — someone who listens to systems, uncovers hidden inefficiencies, and helps them operate smarter, leaner, and cleaner.
In 2025, I founded EnerShare | Energy Innovation Network, a no-pitch, no-fluff community for engineers, utility professionals, and project teams. The mission? To break the silos in industrial energy management and create a space where we can learn from each other — sharing real-world fixes, audit-readiness insights, and proven energy-saving ideas that actually work.
My focus today is on:
